Before Care:

• Stop retinol, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, Vitamin E for 5–7 days pre/post.

• Stop alcohol, caffeine, ibuprofen before and after.

• Avoid smoking until injection sites heal.

• Not suitable if allergic to fish.

Risks / Side Effects:

• Redness, swelling, tenderness

• Bruising

• Temporary skin lumps

• Cold sores may be triggered

• Rare infection

Aftercare:

• Do not touch for 12 hours.

• Avoid chlorine for 12 hours.

• Avoid saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds for 2 weeks.

• No other treatments in the area for 2 weeks.

• Protect skin from UV.

• Wear SPF 30+.

• 3-6 treatments recommended for optimal results, 4 weeks apart.
