Frequently Asked Questions
Will the treatment hurt?
Some treatments may cause some discomfort but this will vary depending on the individual. Please contact us if you would like more information about a particular treatment.
Can I cancel or amend my appointment?
48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment otherwise the full balance of the booking will be charged. If you do not show up to your appointment this will also incur the full balance of the booking to be charged. We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise however 24 hours notice is needed to rearrange your appointment, please contact us directly.
Do I need to have a patch test?
Certain treatments will require a patch test at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. Please contact us directly for more information or look out for the patch test requirement when booking.
Do you have insurance and training?
I am a fully qualified Nurse registered with the NMC, I am fully insured by INSYNC insurance and I have the specific training required to preform the aesthetic treatments we offer. Please see the about me page for more information.
Do you have parking available?
Yes there is limited off road parking available for you during your appointment.
Do you offer a mobile service?
Unfortunately we do not offer a mobile service. This is due to the nature of the treatments which require a clinical environment in which to be preformed.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes there are some packages available that offer certain treatments at a discounted price.
We also offer a 5% discount to all emergency services, students and military personal. Please be aware that this discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or products we may sell. Photo ID will be required.
How do I find your location?
Please see the contact section which has our address written. There is also a map in the directions section, if you click the link it will allow you to be directed to Ambient Aesthetics via google maps.
Children and family members?
Unfortunately due to health and safety our insurance policy will not permit children into the clinic environment, so we please ask that you attend your appointment by yourself. If you do arrive to your appointment with a child we will unfortunately have to turn you away and the cancellation policy will apply.
If you require a member of your family or a friend with you during your appointment, please contact us prior to you treatment to arrange this.
